An old Veteran wizard, this Master of the Archives retired after the Vast Library was destroyed in The Great War. Head bursting with knowledge and concepts long forgotten, he needed it to be shared with the world again, lest it be lost with him. So he made a children's show. After all, who better to remember the history of the world than the next generation, who would inherit all of its consequences. Epic tales and horrific crimes, all recounted with puppets and songs. Some would call it juvenile, an insult to himself. What has the world come to, that the great Master of the Archives might humiliate himself in front of a bunch of children! But Babar simply smiles. For an elephant never forgets, but an elephant does not live forever.
