Fergus Makebeliever

A little known fact about The Fae, they're all about belief. Gnomes were created as an illusion by some high power millenia ago as a prank, and as long as someone believes they exist then they will continue to (very few gnomes are actually aware of this, for good reason). Leprechauns, being very closely related to gnomes, work in a similar way. They diverged quite some time ago as gnomes with exceptional imagination power, and when someone told them that they should like gold and clovers and other Leprechaun-y things, they wholeheartedly believed it and thus became their own separate thing. You see, whatever a Leprechaun believes will come true. Usually this is harmless, like that a pot of gold exists at the end of every rainbow, or that they need to give it up if they lose some stupid riddle contest or whatever. However, every so often someone like Fergus pops up, a fool who believes only the absolute stupidest nonsense with impressive conviction. That's Fergus, an avid Conspiracy Theorist. And the digger he deeps, the more things start to add up. Literally. The more thought he devotes to his conspiracies, the realer they become, and the more he believes in them. Rinse and repeat.
