The second website-exclusive Mini-Lesson, and with this CritterCatalogues is officially concluded! This was a good one to end it off, I feel, as it very much encapsulates the magic of Zoology. These creatures are so alien, so otherworldly and seemingly unrealistic, like something that might come out of a Grimdark film where you'd walk out and go 'man, they really shoulda tried to be more realistic.' But it's real! And they're just animals! Not just animals, mundane animals, the kind of "boring," literally common-or-garden pests you'd find anywhere in the soil. It really is awe-inspiring. And of course we turn it into a marketable product. Look at those lifeless stares. Chilling.
