The Monkfish Angelshark! Also known as just the Monkfish or just the Angelshark, these critters are more than just a slurry of confusing names. Besides their being confused for weird amphibious Christians, their corpses are also popular for creating Jenny Hanivers, strange taxidermy jobs that involve drying out the corpse to make fantastical creatures. And while their numbers are dangerously low, they thankfully have a pretty quick rate of multiplication which may hopefully be a useful aid in conservation. Their gestation period is 10 months, but they can give live birth to anywhere from 7 to 25 pups!
